Millions of kids around the world are everyday Victims of cruel Violence, Abuse, Exploitation, Drugs, Crimes, Terror.
Thousands of NGO's are talking on those problems loudly and non-stop, with the single result to fill their own pockets.
The Project is part of the global strategy "Green Trillion Fund" - green-trillion.alle.bg .
These funds will help providing a good Home for homeless kids, with step-Parents / Sitters / Carers if needed, and for high-quality Food, Clothes, Education, Books & Devices, Health / Medical Care, Toys, Games, Sports, Travel, Adventures, etc. plus Security & Legal Defence if needed, and everything else which will make the distressed children happy.
For children with special Health problems that aforementioned Grant amount will be adequately increased.
Part of the funds will be invested in Educational Trust Fund for further children's College Education when they grow up.
Additional Business Trust Fund will be created for helping grown children with funds for starting small business.
Funds' Spending will be fully-controlled by the EC and its relevant Financial Authorities, Banks, NGO's, etc. There will be a Website with a detailed and fully-transparent everyday Budgetary Report .
There are 68 Million Kids aged 0-14 years in the 27 EU States, out of 448M Total Population.
About 20 millions of them are in a danger of social exclusion as per 2019.
About 100 Millions of Adults are in the same situation.
The Funds will be generated by our specially-invented Program for GreenTech-Based Funds Generation , by development of several advanced multi-faceted High-Tech Projects :

The Project will start with the building in the Bojurishte EZ here in Sofia, Bulgaria, of the world's first pilot SGB-installation - biomass-en.alle.bg, for production of over 5,000 MT/day of engineered, sterile-clean SGB (€400/MT), out of superfast-growing (in term of hours) organisms and biosystems, as a perfect green biofuel-replacer of the coal and gas in the CFPPs and as a perfect raw material for numerous kinds of biofuels, foods, fodders, ferts, fibers, biopolymers, medications, etc.
A Network of 10,000+ V-Farms built within a 10-year term, will offer a gigantic revenue rate of EUR ONE TRILLION per Year -- enough to start the much larger Global Kid's Fund Project .
Please Note : The One Trillion Funds will be generated only by the Vertical-Farm Technology.
